ProMIS provides
Project Cost Analysis features which are
integrated with the Financial Accounting, HR &
Payroll and Inventory modules. The cost incurred
towards each project for Manpower, Material and
Overheads can be analysed to determine the
overall profitability of the project.
Manpower costing
The Timesheet sub module of HR & Payroll module
in ProMIS facilitates the Time Sheet entries.
The project wise break up of manpower
utilization can be entered through this option
which enables the user to generate the project
wise break-up of Employee cost in each month or
for the entire project span. The payroll can be
linked with the Financial Accounting and monthly
salary is posted to the General Ledger with
proper project allocation which will provide the
actual Project wise Employee cost break-up in
General Ledger as well.
Material Costing
ProMIS Inventory System provides the Material
Issues to Projects which can be used to track
the material utilized for each project. The
Summary Report of Material Issues clearly shows
the total material cost incurred towards each
project in the specified period.
Overheads
All expenses towards projects other than the
Manpower and Material costs can be treated as
Overheads which can be entered through Financial
Accounting vouchers. All the FA vouchers has the
feature to specify the Project towards which the
expenses are incurred. If the Project is
specified in then the cost is allocated towards
that project which reflects in the General
Ledger and also in Total Cost towards the
Project.
Project wise Income/Expense analysis can be
generated for any period of the project span.
Project Income/Expense Analysis - Reports
showing the Income generated as well as expenses
incurred towards projects based on the project
allocation for expense vouchers. Project wise
Summary/Summarized for Account Heads and
Detailed Reports are available.
Project Exception Reports - This is to
keep track of the FA Vouchers where the Project
allocation was not entered properly.
Project Contribution Analysis-
